    The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to define the rules applicable to the collection and processing of personal data. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale of the three group sites: lesvignoblesfoncalieu.com, chateauhautgleon.com and comptoirdelacite.com.
    It applies to all Users of the Group’s Sites and to all Customers of Les Vignobles Foncalieu.

    By browsing the Site, whatever the technical means of access and the terminals used, the User is presumed to be aware of the present Privacy Policy and to accept its terms without reservation.   • Definitions

    Whenever used in this Privacy Policy, capitalized terms shall have the following meaning:

    User means a user of the Site;

    The controller, as defined by the French Data Protection Act and the RGPD, of Personal Data is UC Foncalieu, Union de coopératives agricoles whose registered office is located at Domaine de Corneille 11290 Arzens, and referred to in this Privacy Policy under its trade name Les Vignobles Foncalieu.

    In this capacity, Les Vignobles Foncalieu undertakes, within the framework of its activities, to comply with the legal and regulatory provisions in force, and to process Personal Data lawfully, fairly and transparently.

    Vignobles Foncalieu processes Personal Data for the purposes and on the legal bases set out below:

    Personal Data is not processed for any other purpose incompatible with the primary purpose.
    The bases can be :

    Data protection
    Les Vignobles Foncalieu takes every precaution to protect the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data it processes and to prevent it from being distorted or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
    Les Vignobles Foncalieu has implemented a physical and computer security system to prevent external access to Personal Data.

    Data recipients
    Only employees and subcontractors have access to Personal Data, and only to the extent that such access is necessary for the execution of orders and/or for the fulfillment of the purposes of collection presented in article 4.
    Each of them is bound by an obligation of confidentiality.

    Vignobles Foncalieu subcontractors:

    The sales team at the Vignobles Foncalieu Boutique, Le Comptoir de la Cité in Carcassonne: in connection with the preparation and dispatch of orders and product returns, requests for information about Comptoir de la Cité activities and reservations for the Belle Epoque room.

    The sales team at Château Haut Gléon in Villesèque des Corbières: in connection with requests for information about activities at Château Haut Gléon and gîte bookings.

    La Société WordPress: in connection with payment transactions

    The Big Happy agency in Toulouse: in connection with the operation of the website (hosting, storage, email service providers, statistics service, site personalization, etc.).

    Transfers to third countries
    All Personal Data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

    Data retention period
    Les Vignobles Foncalieu has established specific rules concerning the length of time it retains Customers’ Personal Data.
    In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Les Vignobles Foncalieu keeps the written record of the sales contract and the accounting and supporting documents for a period of 10 years.
    In addition, Les Vignobles Foncalieu retains the right to retain Personal Data for the management of pre-litigation and litigation for a period equal to that of the related statute of limitations.
    Personal Data is kept for a period of 3 years.
    The starting point for the retention of Personal Data is the Customer’s last purchase from Les Vignobles Foncalieu.
    Personal data relating to the creation of a customer account is kept until the account is deleted.
    When the Data Subject exercises his/her right to object as described in article 9, the Data enabling this right to be taken into account is kept for three years.

  • The rights of the person concerned
